According to many medical doctors, often times people can’t lose weight not because they’re not working hard enough at it, but often times because of toxins stored by fat cells to protect delicate tissues and organs. The anti-oxidants in the fruit and veggies bind up toxins and carry them out of the body. Then, the body can let go of fat cells that were storing the weight loss-preventing toxins. Think of juicing as bathing all your organs. Your body will love you for it inside and out.
For my personal chef clients who are open to it, I’ve introduced juicing to a few of them and they’ve seen results within 1-2 weeks of consuming the juicing recipes I’ve shared with them. With juicing, you’ll consume considerable amounts of nutrition through freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juices. Two glasses of vegetable juice a day along with good food choices, will help you get into that Wedding Dress you’re looking at having for your wedding.

I lost 30 pounds from juicing alone during my wedding preparation. I juiced in the morning and took a carafe to drink at work either before or after lunch and before dinner. I increasingly cut down on the amount of meats in my diet, substituting that with increased consumption of fruits and additional vegetables
People who embark on a juicing-for-health program often get excited because they lose weight so easily. But after the initial thrill of the pounds melting away without a lot of effort, they usually say weight loss became secondary to all the other great health benefits they experienced.
