I really enjoyed working with Carla and Steve and catering their wedding at the Crystal Ballroom in Metrowest Orlando. We wanted to recap both the menu we put together for them as well as the beautiful video shot by Anesha Collins of Unashamed Imaging. Enjoy!
Here’s an overview of their menu created for them:
• 3 Butler Passed Appetizers were presented for guests during the cocktail hour: Mini Lorraine Quiche, Fish and Grits, and Bruschetta Cups.
• For their dinner they were presented with 1 Entrée Selection: Huli Huli Chicken Cutlets with Huli Huli Sauce on the side with Ranch and Honey Mustard presented on the buffet line for guests. The side item presented was: Yellow Rice
